The USGA promotes and conserves the true spirit of the game of golf as embodied in its ancient and honorable traditions.  It acts in the best interest of the game for the continued enjoyment of those who love and play it.  

Southern Golf Association

The Southern Golf Association is one of the oldest - dating back to 1902 - serving member clubs over a 14 state area, and most prestigious golf association in the world.  The Southern Amateur dates back to 1902 with a champions roster that includes the 3-time champion Bobby Jones Jr. The Southern Junior was first played in 1972 as a Junior Division of the Southern Amateur Championship.  Since that time, it has stood alone and evolved into a premier championship on the Junior circuit.  Anyone is eligible to play in Southern Golf Association championships with the only restrictions being they must be male in gender and meet USGA Handicap requirements, qualifying, and/or exemption criterias.  

Alabama-NW Florida PGA Section

The Alabama-NW Florida PGA Section aspires to be the most valuable competitive experience for juniors in the State of Alabama and the Florida panhandle.  The tour is designed exclusively to break down barriers to participation in the game of golf through tournament play, and by developing talent to ensure participants are ready to ascend to higher ranks in the sport.  The Alabama-NW Florida PGA Junior Tour is open to all boys and girls age 10-18 that reside in the State of Alabama or the Florida Panhandle (West of Apalachicola).  The PGA Section also runs junior programming including the Drive - Chip - and -  Putt, PGA Junior League, and Get Golf Ready.   

Jimmy Green Junior Tour

The Jimmy Green Junior Tour is a tournament organization serving the South Alabama area. Membership is open to all junior golfers ages 6-18 

National High School Golf Association

The National High School Golf Association is an organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of high school golfers across the country.

National Collegiate Club Golf Association

The National Collegiate Club Golf Association is the governing body for collegiate club golf.  Our mission is to ensure that every college student has the opportunity to play golf in college.  The NCCGA achieves their mission through the coordination and regulation of competition locally and nationally.
