KILLEN, AL (Sept. 28, 2021) – Final results of the 2022 U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship Sectional Qualifying, hosted by Turtle Point Yacht & Country Club in Killen, AL, on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021 (6937 yards, par 36-36—72, Course/Slope Rating: 73.6/130).

Two qualifying spots were available at this site. Two alternate positions were also available. There were 42 teams who competed to advance to the 7th U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship.
Jackson Mitchell of Athens, AL and Ward Harris of Vestavia Hills, AL posted nine-under 63 to secure medalist honors and earn the first qualifying spot.
Ty Cole of Albertville, AL and Clay Guerin of Hoover, AL posted eight-under 64 to claim the second qualifying spot.
Six teams advanced to playoffs for the two alternate positions.
Ike Alexander of Florence, AL and Brant Bishop of Muscle Shoals, AL posted six-under 66 and succeeded through the playoffs to finish with the 1st Alternate position.
Brinson Holder of Point Clear, AL and Matthew Gourgeot of Decatur, AL carded six-under 66 for the day and claimed the 2nd Alternate position.
The cut line fell at six-under 66 with two teams advancing to the 2022 U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship, at Country Club of Birmingham, in Birmingham, AL, on May 14-18, 2022.

The 2022 U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship Sectional Qualifying is conducted by the Alabama Golf Association.
