College Golf Camps
College golf camps are a great opportunity for junior golfers to be exposed to the game by working with some of the top players and coaches in our state.
University of Alabama
The Alabama Crimson Tide Golf Camp is the official camp of the University of Alabama golf team. Head Men's coach Jay Seawell, and his staf are dedicated to helping each camper reach their full playing potential. Assisting Coach Seawell, on the camp is Jon Howell, PGA Professional and assistant coach at the University of Alabama. Jackie Seawell, Master PGA Professional, Daniel Seawell, Director of Golf at Sage Valley, and Mic Potter, Head Alabama Women's Golf Coach. There will be several Alabama team members assisting with the camp and teaching campers what it takes to play golf at the highest level.
University of Alabama-Birmingham
The University of Alabama-Birmingham College Golf Exposure Camp is for any junior golfer whose goal is to take their game to the next level. The camp is open to the first 10 boys and girls that sign up. The one-day intensity camp curriculum is designed to offer skill assessments and intense training for the competitive junior golfer. Junior Golfers will have the opportunity to spend the day with Head Coach Mike Wilson.
Auburn University unique camps and academies provide each golfer the opportunity to train with some of the best coaches in the country on our newly renovated 29-acre practice facility. The curriculum allows golfers of all skill levels to receive individualized and personal instruction on all aspects of their golf game, including their full-swing, short game, and the rules and etiquette of golf.
Join Samford Women's Head Coach, Haley Wilson and her dedicated staff for a week of golf instruction and fun. Some highlights of the camp include daily play at Highland Park Golf Course, campers reside on campus at Samford University, small group instruction from Division I college coaches, teaching pros, and college players.
Wake Forest University
Wake Forest Junior Girls Golf Camp is open to girls junior golfers that are looking to play at the next level. This camp is attended by coaches from Wake Forest, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Georgia State, and former All-American Golfers. The camp will be conducted at the Wake Forest Golf Facility and golfers will have the opportunity to play various area golf courses. Camp dates are June 16-20, 2019.
