Birmingham, AL-  In honor of the 100^th Men’s State Amateur, the City of Mountain Brook has declared June “Golf Month”.  In a proclamation issued May 23, 2016, Mayor Terry Oden urged “all residents to celebrate the occasion and along with the 18,500 members of over 130 member clubs of the Alabama Golf Association to serve and support the game.”

This year’s tournament takes place June 9-12, 2016 at The Country Club of Birmingham.
