90th Alabama Women’s State Amateur Championship Results
The Alabama Women’s Amateur State Amateur Championship began at 7:30 a.m. with Semifinals. Molly Brown Davidson of Springville defeated Patricia Ehrhart of Birmingham 2 up. Ashley-Sinclair Curtis of Enterprise won 1 up against Taylor Trible of Birmingham.
In the final match, Davidson claimed the 90th Alabama Women’s State Amateur Championship title, winning 2 & 1 against Curtis.
“It feels great to win because I know that the hard work that I put in is coming through,” said Davidson.
In the Women’s State Amateur Championship Consolation Bracket, Anna Christian Beeker of Tuscaloosa and Lauren Thompson of Midland City tied.

Kathy Hartwiger of Birmingham was named Champion of the 4th Alabama Women’s State Senior Match Play Championship. She won 3 & 2 against Theresa Mahlik of Madison.
